Therapist
This position will be located at the De Queen Clinic of SWACMHC. Qualifications include a license as a Mental Health Professional. Therapist will serve as primary therapist and carry an active caseload. Will attend staff conferences on all clients. May perform client intakes and assigning of clients to appropriate Center staff for services. Provides education and consultation services to surrounding communities, agencies and individuals. Will be required to provide 24 hour emergency and crisis intervention services.

Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP)
One full-time QBHP sought for Hope OP Mental Health Facility in Hope, Arkansas for 8-5 shift. Schedule of work would be Monday thru Friday. Qualifications include a high school diploma, college degree preferred. A valid health card and driver’s license is required. Substance Abuse Counselor
Location: De Queen OP Clinic Status: Fulltime
Hours: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm Days per week: Monday thru Thursday
General Description
Qualifications must include current certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor in the State of Arkansas or, at a minimum, registered as a Counselor in Training (CIT). The Substance Abuse Counselor will perform the following duties:
Completes comprehensive assessments of client’s substance abuse history and treatment requirements.
Develops an individualized treatment plan.
Provides individual and group counseling.
Documents clients’ progress and responses to treatment.
Maintains related records and charts
Performs case management and contributes to client care monitoring.

Juvenile Probation Officer
This position will be located in the 13th Judicial District, specifically, Union County. This person will be responsible for providing juvenile probation and case management services for the above mentioned County and District.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, although five (5) years of appropriate experience in working with at risk children and families may be considered. Experience and knowledge of Juvenile Court and procedures is also preferred.
This position will require providing probation supervision services to the Juvenile Court, and ensuring all Court orders are followed by the juvenile and parent(s). Additionally, the position will require all paperwork for the Court, State of Arkansas and SWACMHC, be completed and submitted in a timely manner.

Billing Clerk
The Billing Clerk position is currently available at the Texarkana main center. Qualifications include a high school diploma with at least one year of experience. The Billing Clerk is responsible for running daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Will also be responsible for entering PCP referrals and tracking TPRs for compliance. Provide backup for other billing clerk, insurance billing clerk, collection clerk. May also provide back-up coverage to the front desk and talk to clients about their bills.
